Active growing through
body awareness
Thoughtful movement education for people who value self-care and quality of life as they age.
Start Your JourneyRather than chasing performance or perfection, I guide people toward greater awareness, confidence, and sustainable self-care.
Hi, I'm Youi.
I'm a movement educator with a deep interest in how people understand and relate to their own bodies.
We focus on helping individuals become more curious about the way they move, feel, and function in daily life.
Our work sits at the intersection of functional movement, posture education, and breath-led core stability. We work best with those who see ageing as an active process.
Movement as
Self-Discovery
We believe active growing starts with self-understanding.
Movement is not just something we do, it's a way of learning about ourselves. When we pay attention to posture, effort, and sensation, we begin to move with more clarity and intention.
This space is not about pushing limits. It's about maintaining choice, confidence, and ease through thoughtful movement.

Rehab ClientFAQs
Absolutely. Pilates is highly adaptable and we focus heavily on foundational movement. We start with body awareness and basic mechanics to build confidence before progressing to more complex exercises.
For our mat classes, you just need a comfortable mat and enough space to move. For reformer or equipment sessions, everything is provided in the studio.
Consistency is key. We find that 2-3 sessions per week helps to build and maintain the neuromuscular connections we work on, but even one focused session a week can make a difference.
Please let us know beforehand. Generally, Pilates is excellent for rehabilitation, and exercises can be modified to suit your current range of motion and comfort level.
